Privacy notice
A working draft. It has not been checked by a solicitor or data protection professional and should not be relied on until it has. Items in square brackets are still to be decided.
Who we are
The data controller for this website is Aziz Mansour, trading as SourMen Digital. We decide how your details are used (under UK GDPR, the "controller").
[Postal address to be added.]
Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the name of Aziz Mansour. [ICO registration number to be added.]
What we collect
This website has no account. It has one enquiry form, on the Contact page. When you send it, what you type goes to Formspree, a form service, which passes it to SourMen Digital by email. The form collects: your name, your business name, your type of business, your phone number or email address, and whatever you write about how your calls go today. If you email us at hello@sourmen.co.uk instead, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. Please do not send card details or health information.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you and to talk about the work you asked about. We will not add you to a mailing list or send marketing you did not ask for.
[Lawful basis to be confirmed. The working assumption is legitimate interests: replying to someone who has contacted us.]
Who sees it
Us, and Formspree, the form service, if you use the enquiry form. We do not sell your details. [Name the email provider that stores messages and where it stores them.]
Formspree is a separate company and passes your message to us by email. [Formspree's location, terms and retention to be checked in the data-protection review.]
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and our emails with you for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Its fonts, images and scripts are all served from the site itself.
[Once the site is hosted, check whether the host keeps server logs, such as IP addresses, and say so here.]
Calls handled by the AI receptionist
If we build a receptionist for your business, the callers' details are handled under your agreement with us. [To be written with a solicitor: roles (controller or processor), call recording, retention and deletion.]
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email us at hello@sourmen.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator: ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be on this page with its date. This draft is dated 23 October 2026.
